My passion is building teams and creating a clear path of succession for the organization and individual growth for the team members enrolled in the company’s strategic vision. I have raised over $500 million in series A, mezzanine debt, and asset-based financing, taking companies public while also taking public companies private. I have deep experience in operations, business process reengineering and AI driven marketing automation as well as ERP platforms.

Adept at process audits, and project management, including software implementation, Brittany’s work is critical to Straiteis’ ability to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Brittany is proficient in a wide array of software tools, including Microsoft Suite, Domo, Google Suite, QuickBooks, and various project management platforms such as Monday and Zoho. Her skill set in excel is beyond expert level, where she is able to take a company’s raw data and turn it into information.With her diverse background and strong analytical skills, Brittany Borchardt is well-equipped to tackle complex business challenges and drive organizational success through data-driven strategies.
